The Police did take the money and ran (away)
but we (the fans) did enjoy it anyway, because everything they did was MAGIC!!!!!!
i have seen the police in giants stadium and msg and now have tickets to both concerts at jones beach and the last one in msg–i love the police and sting–xoxoxo
I beat you all! Saw their first gig at the white lion pub in farncombe surrey cost me a pound to get in. Now got tickets for thier last concert in MSG! 30 years,,,,,,,,,,,,,its been a long journey!!!
So looking forward to the final show on Thursday! One question though. Has anyone received the letter that indicates how much of the $254.50 MSG ticket price is tax-deductible? (When I saw them in January 1981, from the first row at MSG, the face value of the ticket was $9.50!)
As a brazilian fa, I couldn’t be in the police first concert, but I was so glad that I could be part of their amazing and unforgetable MSG last concert. Was so magic to sing don’t stand so close to me with them.
